Healthy at Home is a non-profit home health care agency that provides a full range of in-home services to help New Hampshire residents remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible. Services include: skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, home heath aides, personal care aides, companions, homemakers, respite care, transportation services, and seasonal yard clean-up. As a member of the Partnership for Successful Living, Healthy at Home offers a unique, holistic approach to care that results in better outcomes for our clients and the community.
